Agile Web Development
At Codenza we base our project development on Agile methodologies. Agile is a low risk philosophy that goes against the dinosaur approach of one final goal on one final date which, while having the appearance of low risk (set price, set delivery date, set functionality), it is in fact the opposite if your specification is not bullet proof.
Agile means
Agile means
- Small iterative cycles with clearly defined goals.
- Open communication with you and the development team throughout each project cycle.
- Agile allows your project to evolve.
Using an Agile approach, a working product/prototype is available early in the development cycle. This means that basic functionality can be evaluated and testing can commence early in the project life cycle.
